CNA’s are the foundation of Nursing. Join us! Start your career now and become a CNA in approximately 2 weeks.
Tuition:
Regular Tuition cost: $1100.
Self-paying students who are not eligible for free or reduced training from other sources: $800.00
Payment: $75.00 (non-refundable) Registration Fee will hold your seat. The remaining balance is due prior to the first day of class.

Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program
SATURDAY ONLY NURSE ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM
- 7 weeks online
- This is a Hybrid learning program. You will be required to complete online lectures, modules, and assignments prior to weekly Saturday classes, 9am-3pm
- Lab/Clinical will meet in person on Saturdays 9am-3pm
- Tuition $1200 with a deposit of $450 (nonrefundable) due at the time of Registration
- Must have a laptop, computer, or tablet.

American Heart Association BLS/CPR/AED Training
First time and renewal certifications taught by American Heart Association (AHA) instructors. Certifications are good for 2 years.
Uniforms required
Blue scrubs
White non-skid gym shoes.
You will be supplied with a Ta’Ouma CNA Training (TCT) iron-on-patch that will need to be applied to your uniform.
Program Requirements:
- 17 years of age or older (parental consent needed if under 18 years old)
- Valid State of Michigan ID (driver’s license or State ID card)
- Show proof of social security card
- Proof of recent Tuberculosis (TB) testing (PPD skin test or chest x-ray accepted)
- Consent to and pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to attend ALL scheduled classes. Failure to attend multiple scheduled class times will result in dismissal from the program.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
****Costs associated with registration fees are non-refundable.
- All class cancellations must be in writing and sent to: talishawatts@comcast.net
- There are NO REFUNDS for the Nurse Aide Training Program. If you need to cancel the program for any reason, you will be issued a program credit to defer your registration to another class session.
